Thanks for the excellent podcast. I have learned so much from you guys, and this episode was no exception. I'm looking for the information you said you would post about the different settings though and can't seem to find it on the "show notes" above. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello there,
I was wondering if this podcast was still available? I tried to download it but it said the site couldn't be found? Any ideas? Also, where can I find the show notes for the podcasts.
