So it's been a little less than a year since I held the last luncheon
for the Sacramento Chapter of Nikonians. Unfortunately, that has been
the last thing I've done for the local chapter. The excuses are common:
Family, Work, Recession, Life = all demanding too much time and keeping
me from what I love.

Well, I'll try to re-boot the chapter at our upcoming lunch on Sunday, March 20, 2011. The information can be found here.

I
hope that every Nikonian in Sacramento, Calif. and surrounding region,
with an interest in this group, will attend. We'll see how it goes.

Come on Sacramento - We've been around since 2004 - we've done it before, and we can do it again.

Dave
Well my first wedding went well. My stepdaughter was the typical beautiful bride (but I'm biased). It's been a month and a half and I'm still weeding through her images. I'm not the greatest at on-the-go photography like you have at a wedding and my pictures prove it. Not saying they are junk, but I would have preferred them to be better. But you know what, I'll bet everyone thinks that way even with a perfect shot. I don't look forward to all the post processing. I'll have pictures in my gallery when I get them cleaned up.

No more weddings!! Too much work!
