Microsoft Revises Terms in ProPhoto Contest
On the heels of their ProPhoto Contest debut, Microsoft came under pressure to revise their terms of licensing that previously granted them an "...irrevocable royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to use, publish, alter or otherwise exploit your Entry." PhotographyBlog reports that the ASMP has negotiated the current changes to apply only to winning photographs rather than to all submissions.
