Nikonians Academy grads share new forum

Nikonians Academy workhop graduates now have a dedicated forum to share their experiences and stay in touch.

Workshop-2.jpgThe forum is designed to help them express their needs and suggestions and give them a chance to shape the content and format of future workshops.

Nikonians Academy instructors will be checking up on the discussions to gather the feedback and they are encouraging members to post some of the photos they took during the workshops.

Academy Director Mike Hagen says the workshops are often filled with great photo opportunities and lessons learned.

"Very often everyone goes home and it's not till the next day or two that they remember something they wanted to mention to our instructors in the way of suggestions. Now they have their own forum to post that thought or idea."

Workshop-1.jpgPhotos posted in the forum are not limited to those taken at the workshops says Hagen. "We're also interested in seeing some of the before-and-after work. If you've had a challenge shooting a certain scene and you've learned how to improve your technique to the point of getting that shot, we'd love to see some examples."

If you need information on upcoming workshops and schedules make sure you visit the Nikonians Academy home page.

If you need to ask specific questions about your particular workshop, don't hesitate to use this contact form.
