Nikonians Academy adds new instructor, expanded schedule

The Academy has hired a new instructor to lead some of our very popular travel and destination workshops. His name is Michael Mariant and he has been a professional photographer for the Associated Press for a number of years.

Michael's area of expertise is leading workshops in the Sierra Nevada and along the Pacific Coast, so we've added four new travel workshops scheduled for later this year and early next year.
They are:
Death Valley in the Fall. Austere landscapes in the desert. Dates are November 13-16, 2008.
Yosemite in Winter. Snow covered granite monoliths and beautiful valley scenes. Dates: February 19-22, 2009
Big Sur Spring for beautiful Pacific Ocean vistas and giant forests.
Dates: April 2-5, 2009
Yosemite in Spring for the spectacular waterfalls. Dates: May 14-17, 2009
In addition to these great trips, Michael will also be helping to coordinate this year's ANPAT in Yosemite. Welcome aboard Michael!
Check out all our workshops at www.nikoniansacademy.com.
