Academy partners with CreativeLive

CRLV-BOX-OUTLINE-sq_110.jpgWe are pleased to announce a new partnership between CreativeLive and Nikonians.org.
CreativeLive features workshops on photography, video, design, business, audio, music, software and much more.
Their dynamic education platform is available to everyone, worldwide.
Anyone can watch the live online workshops for free and interact with instructors in real time.

CreativeLive was founded in 2010 by Nikon shooter, Chase Jarvis and his business partner Craig Swanson.

They wanted to create an online space where they could connect the world's top creatives LIVE with a global audience of aspiring creatives.

Now streaming live from studios in Seattle and San Francisco, CreativeLive has broadcast more than 1,500 courses to millions of students worldwide. Many of you know that CreativeLive's founder,

CRLV-Academy_300.jpgChase Jarvis, is a long-time Nikon shooter and a proud member of the Nikonians community. He has worked closely with Nikon over the years, helping them launch new cameras in their global PR campaigns. Check out his introduction video with Mike Hagen.

Nikonians will continue to offer excellent classroom-based and travel workshops at the Nikonians Academy. We will also be working with CreativeLive to create new content that we'll be able to deliver to a global audience through CreativeLive's online system. We've already started this process by hand-picking workshops for Nikonians members and will update our Nikonians landing page at CreativeLive with workshops that meet our community's needs.

Nikonians-Academy-logo-_250.jpgTo kick off our new partnership, Mike Hagen is teaching a workshop on panoramas during CreativeLive's famous Photoshop Week. You'll be able to watch Mike live for free Monday, February 22nd at 1:30 PM PST.

Head over to our new CreativeLive Nikonians page for great classes and the welcome video from Chase Jarvis and Mike Hagen.
We'll be announcing more details about the new partnership over the coming weeks and months. Stay tuned!
